Instant estimate ranges are non-binding planning estimates based on the information submitted. Final scope, availability, and pricing must be confirmed before work begins. An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment until we accept it.

Before service, the customer is responsible for disclosing known access restrictions, fragile materials, leaks, damaged surfaces, pets, gates, utilities, or other conditions that may affect safe performance. We may decline or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
